When you tweet about a new post on your blog, instead of tweeting, "New blog post…" or "Just posted…" tweet, "New at YourDomain.com…" (or something similar).
It's a better branding practice because it reinforces your blog name!
Added Bonus: In TweetDeck, "YourDomain.com" is clickable!

I love this idea! Unfortunately I publish my new posts directly to Twitter via feedburner and they do not allow enough characters to say: New on DomesticAdventure.com:
Perhaps I'll have to consider manually posting my new blog posts…
Have you considered using Twitter Tools? I've used it for a while and the prefix function works great!
This is great advice, especially for those of us who have different names on twitter than our domain name.

I use TweetDeck myself, but there are tons of apps that get the job done. As always, whatever works for you!
