Have you ever wanted to print out a post or page to read on the go, without wasting ink and space on ads or sidebars?
Maybe you want to print something out to follow along as you work something out on your computer, and you don't want to have to keep switching screens?
Or maybe you want to give your readers the ability to print out your posts easily.
Print Friendly is a tool that will help you do just that. Here's a video of how it works:

Amy, are you SURE you don't secretly have a copy of my 'to do list' for my new blog? Figuring out how to add a "print" button on my webpages is on my list…and now I don't even have to Google how to do it…you've already done it!
Whoo hoo! Can't wait to try this!
LOL. OK, you caught me.
So Excited – this has been on my list of questions for you!!
Thank you so much
This is SO cool!!!
Thanks for sharing it with all of us!
I've been using Print Friendly for a while now. It's AWESOME!!! Great tip!
Thank you!!!! I have been wanting a print button, but haven't taken the time to research it!
I also want to know how long it has taken you to learn all this techie stuff and wordpress stuff! I enjoy computers and I enjoy my blog that I started a few months ago, but I feel like a s-l-o-w learner. Plus I get something done and don't need to do that exact thing again for a while and then I'm thining, "Now, how did I do that?"
Deborah, it is a slow process. I've been at this since 2004, so you're doing great! Slow and steady…
I'm adding this to my ever growing list of To-Do's for my blog. Thanks for always sharing helpful and timely information.
I join the chorus of adding this to my to-do list! I loathe the technical aspects of blogging, I can only do so much and then my brain doesn't just shut off, it runs from the room screaming in horror. Then I take a deep breath and just work on writing a post, knowing that you will be here to help me out when my brain recovers! Thanks again for all your wisdom, experience and willingness to share with us! Blessings!
It's my pleasure. Now if only you could pass some of that love for writing over this way…
Awesome, as always, Amy! Do you know if there's an easy way to make a printable list for my readers? For instance, I do grocery matchups each week, and I'd love to have the capability for readers to click a checkbox and make a printable grocery list. Any ideas?
There's a plugin for this. I forget what it's called. Someone help me out here… Are you on Twitter, Julie? Ask in the #savvyblogging stream. They'll help ya!
